Remember to sanitize your barrels by burning sulfur: burn 2 grams of sulfur per hectoliter of capacity for the barrels you are about to fill.
For empty barrels, burn 4 grams of sulfur per hectoliter of capacity.
Repeat this operation every 40 to 50 days.
