TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- INJECTED POPYPROPYLENE SUPPORT : a good weight criterion due to the best injection/weight ratio. Can be tinted in the mass.
- POLYESTER FIBERS : polyester's prime quality is its 0% moisture absorption, which is essential in the hygiene sector. It is resistant to high autoclave disinfection temperatures (140°) and abrasion. It has an elastic memory.
- STAPLING WIRE IN 316 L STAINLESS STEEL : after insertion, the fiber tufts are stapled with a 316L stainless steel wire : this quality is the minimum required to resist cleaning agents. Any other type of stainless steel should be avoided.
- Our products are resistant to solvents, chemical cleaning agents and disinfection temperatures (140°).
- Additives and colorants comply with food standards.
- The use of 5 colors (white, blue, yellow, red and green) enables coding of tasks / production areas to avoid cross-contamination. Each color has a specific use... For vines, the red color is well suited, as it is highly visible in this environment...
- A technical data sheet can be supplied with each item, on request, and attached to the specifications.
All our products are packaged in INDIVIDUAL PLASTIC PACKAGING : to avoid any contamination to avoid any deterioration of the product.
