BAT-PRESS are food-contact grease sticks designed for greasing horizontal mechanical presses. They meet the most stringent requirements of these machines. They are particularly recommended for medium and large-capacity presses.
Standard size: 10 to 100 hectolitres
Dimensions approx. 6cm x 3cm. Diameter ⌀32mm
Packaged in boxes of 35 sticks (carton weight 1.2kg). Other sizes available see opposite.
How to use :
-Use a stick at each end
-For best results, place BAT-PRESS in the refrigerator before use.
-Do not expose to temperatures above 45°C
Properties :
-Excellent lubrication and adhesion transmitted by the worm screw to the platen nut
-Maintains perfect lubrication throughout all pressing sequences, despite the very high pressures (several tons) exerted on the transmission components.
-Prevents chatter and vibrations that can cause serious damage.
