- French oak light toast chips are designed for use in fermentation. They provide structure, roundness and sweetness, and help stabilize color.
- Natural French oak chips are intended for use during fermentation. They provide structure and volume, enhance fruitiness and help stabilize color.
Dosage: 1 to 3 g/l for approximately 10 to 15 days.
