TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- INJECTED POPYPROPYLENE SUPPORT : a good weight criterion due to the best injection/weight ratio. Can be dyed in the mass.
- POLYESTER FIBERS : polyester's prime quality is its 0% moisture absorption, which is essential in the hygiene sector. It is resistant to high autoclave disinfection temperatures (140°) and abrasion. It has an elastic memory.
- STAPLING WIRE IN 316 L STAINLESS STEEL : After insertion, the fiber tufts are stapled with a 316L stainless steel wire : this quality is the minimum required to resist cleaning agents. Any other type of stainless steel should be avoided.
- Our products are resistant to solvents, chemical cleaning agents and disinfection temperatures (140°).
- Additives and colorants comply with food standards.
- The use of 5 colors (white, blue, yellow, red and green) enables coding of tasks / production areas to avoid cross-contamination. Each color has a specific use. For vines, the red color is ideal, as it is highly visible in this environment.
- A technical data sheet can be supplied with each item, on request, and attached to the specifications.
All our products are packaged in INDIVIDUAL PLASTIC PACKAGING to avoid contamination and product deterioration.
